Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and handle customer queries effectivelyyour ability to quickly respond and implement solutions with the help of our internal & external partners. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think independently and resolve issues with a customer-first business mentality.

Role & responsibilities

Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails & chats with knowledge & efficiency.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
Follow the company's communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Match the pre-defined SLA standards.
Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Preferred candidate profile

3-4 years of proven experience in customer service in the e-commerce industry
Experience in online healthcare will be an added advantage
Graduation in any field
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Strong hold on technical skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of concerns
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
Excellent problem-solving & analytical skills
