Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Tirunelveli. The Customer Service Representative will handle daily customer interactions, providing support and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing customer issues via phone, email, or in-person, maintaining a positive customer experience, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Service Representatives skills
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and deliver an excellent Customer Experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
