Relationship Manager- Sales

You will be responsible for client acquisition, which involves acquiring new clients (Retail, HNI, Franchisee) through lead generation, networking, and referrals. Your role will include promoting demat/trading account openings and other financial products to potential clients. Moreover, you will be expected to achieve monthly revenue targets by actively engaging with clients and upselling investment products. This will involve generating brokerage and fee-based income from both existing and new clients. Client servicing is a crucial aspect of the role, where you will provide end-to-end support ranging from account opening to transaction processing for the clients. Additionally, conducting product and platform training for clients and franchisees will be part of your responsibilities, guiding them on trading tools, market basics, and investment planning. If applicable, you will also be involved in franchise development, supporting franchisees in business development, client activation, and helping them achieve revenue goals. Providing periodic performance feedback and offering assistance with tools and resources will also be essential. Furthermore, you will be responsible for market communication, sharing regular updates on market trends, IPOs, and investment opportunities with clients. It will be your duty to help clients understand the risk and compliance aspects of market participation. Key skills required for this role include a strong knowledge of the stock market and financial products, excellent communication and customer relationship skills, being target-oriented with a focus on business growth, and the ability to conduct training and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
