Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include responding to phone calls and emails, maintaining customer records, and providing support to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Proficiency in working with customer support software and CRM systems
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
