Job Description

Job Description: As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer Service through multiple communication channels such as voice, chat, and email. Your main duty will be to provide customers with information about products, services, and promotions, as well as handling their inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Responsibilities: Responding to customer inquiries and requests via voice, chat, and email within the TAT Providing customers with accurate information about products, services, and promotions Handling customer complaints, resolving issues, and escalating as necessary Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service Keeping up-to-date with product and service knowledge Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work well in a team environment Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays Proficient in using computers and various software applications Previous customer service experience is an asset Education and Experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred 0-1 year of customer service experience in a call centre environment is an asset.
