Job Title: Customer Service Representative (International Voice Process)

Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates/Executives/Representative. The role involves providing exceptional customer service support in a fast-paced international contact center environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in Customer Service (International Voice Process).
  • Handle customer queries and issues through various communication channels.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Assist in resolving complex customer issues escalated from Level 1.
  • Mentor and train Level 1 associates.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Good understanding of the English language.
  • Ability to handle stress and work under pressure to meet SLAs.

Pre-requisites:

  • Indian citizenship and above 18 years of age.
  • No backlogs for participating in the hiring process.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and locations as per business requirements.
