Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Support Representative to join our team for the night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customer needs, handling inquiries, and providing solutions to client issues during non-daylight hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide information about products and services.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Process customer orders and payment transactions.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Work closely with team members to meet or exceed all customer service requirements.
  • Keep up to date with new product and service information and updates.
  • Manage and handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to provide suitable solutions to customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
  • Technical proficiency with computers and software applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
