Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team and deliver excellent customer service by assisting clients with their inquiries, issues, and feedback. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits.
• Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred (freshers can also apply).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Patience and ability to handle pressure calmly.
• Positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
