Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at DMD Imaging, your role will involve directly engaging with and supporting referral customers and patients. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive customer experiences. In addition, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions, provide precise information about services, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery, including patient handling and image post-processing.
