Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Chandigarh, India. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, resolving customer issues, and providing information about our products and services. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer needs are met. Qualifications Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem-solving and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any relevant field is a plus Must have a good command in Verbal English Show more Show less
