Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Chandigarh, India. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, resolving customer issues, and providing information about our products and services. The role requires maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.
