Position Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the face of our company to our clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone regarding loan applications, payments and general inquiries.
• Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our loan products, services, and processes to customers.
• Assist customers in completing loan applications, understanding loan terms, and guiding them through the application process.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer requests and issues.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry or related field.
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong command of the English language.
• Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in challenging situations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and analytically.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
