Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding needs and delivering customised solutions.
  • Prepare accurate costings, budgets & proposals for client requirements.
  • Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and coordination for seamless execution.
  • Oversee smooth handover from sales to execution and ensure project delivery as per timelines.
  • Resolve client issues/escalations effectively and maintain a high satisfaction rate.
  • Support on-ground event operations including logistics, manpower, and quality control.
  • Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry (Client Servicing + Operations).
  • Strong expertise in costing, budgeting, vendor management & client handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/events under strict deadlines.
  • Proven record of client satisfaction, retention & event delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
