About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Exhibition Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people over calls and managing the sales process end-to-end. The work will involve 65% calling and client outreach and 35% back-end coordination and follow-up tasks . Key Responsibilities: · Make outbound calls to potential exhibitors to pitch exhibition opportunities and convert leads into sales. · Understand client requirements, share detailed information about the exhibition, and handle queries. · Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. · Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales conversions in CRM. · Follow up with clients for contracts, payments, and stall allocations. · Coordinate with the operations team for stall design, branding, and client requirements. · Assist with backend work such as sending proposals, drafting emails, and generating invoices. · Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager. Skills and Requirement: · Minimum 2 Years - 3 years of experience in tele sales / B2B sales / exhibition sales preferred. · Good communication and negotiation skills. · Confident and persuasive over phone calls. · Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. · Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
