Customer Service & Operations Executive

As the primary point of contact for clients, your role involves ensuring smooth communication and providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions. Additionally, you will prepare accurate costings, budgets, and proposals for client requirements and manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and coordination for seamless execution. Your key responsibilities include overseeing a smooth handover from sales to execution and ensuring project delivery according to timelines. You will also be expected to resolve client issues and escalations effectively to maintain a high satisfaction rate. Furthermore, you will support on-ground event operations including logistics, manpower, and quality control. After each event, you will prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis for continuous improvement. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in the Events & Exhibitions industry, focusing on Client Servicing and Operations. - Strong expertise in costing, budgeting, vendor management, and client handling. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects/events under strict deadlines. - Proven track record of client satisfaction, retention, and successful event delivery.
