The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing customer support, managing customer service inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for: Providing professional and prompt support to customers via phone, chat, and face-to-face interactions. Managing customer service inquiries and resolving issues effectively Enhancing overall customer experience and ensuring satisfaction Coordinating with internal departments to handle client needs efficiently Assisting with client onboarding and post-service support Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Qualifications Interpersonal Skills, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills Customer Service and Customer Experience skills Excellent communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
