Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Build strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints.
Maintain high product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
