Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Associate or Customer Service Officer in the Customer Experience Department at Thane, Mumbai, your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls with customers across India. You will also be assisting with insurance-related queries and claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting performance targets, and supporting customer engagement and feedback surveys. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Postgraduate with 3+ years of contact center experience. - Must have 1 year experience in general insurance support (inbound), 1 year in other inbound roles, and 1 year in outbound calling. - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.
