Qualifications:Any Graduation

Years of Experience:0 to 1 years

What would you do? Customer service experience in both Voice & Non-voice and blended process and where the agents should work as a consultant & resolve to employee queries

What are we looking for? Commerce Graduate with splendid oral and written communication. Customer service experience with both Voice & Non-voice and blended process Stakeholder Management Customer Relationship Management Collaboration Effective Written and Verbal Communication Flexibility Issue Management Microsoft Office

Roles and Responsibilities: Customer service experience in both Voice & Non-voice and blended process This is an employee helpdesk process where the agents should work as a consultant & resolve to employee queries Managing EE tickets with clear customer focus & working towards better employee experience Managing both simple & complex queries of employees and resolving them by responding through different available channels (Calls, SNOW, TEAMS, etc) in the process Commerce Graduate with splendid oral and written communication.
