Customer Service Manager

Studiobackdrops.com is looking for a talented and dynamic Customer Service Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role. They need to be able to resolve customer queries, ensure resolution of all orders, co-ordinate between multiple teams to ensure smooth operations and more.

Studiobackdrops.com is India's largest omnichannel destination for photo, video, and audio products. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first to interact with a potential customer about the brand. You must understand the brand and its products to convey relevant and accurate information to the customer.

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You have to be polite and informational at all times. You will be responsible for solving all queries from any potential customer. Included in your job role is following up with customers and ensuring that they are satisfied with the brand's service.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Chat Dashboard and respond to queries.
• Communicate with customers over the phone and email as required.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs
• Take initiative and convert potential customers.
• Data entry in various platforms as required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
• Proficient in English & Hindi, written and spoken.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to resolve queries and handle stressful situations.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
