As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first to interact with a potential customer about the brand. You must understand the brand and its products to convey relevant and accurate information to the customer. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You have to be polite and informational at all times. You will be responsible for solving all queries from any potential customer. Included in your job role is following up with customers and ensuring that they are satisfied with the brand's service. Responsibilities Operate the Chat Dashboard and respond to queries. Communicate with customers over the phone and email as required. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing and availability Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs Take initiative and convert potential customers. Data entry in various platforms as required. Qualifications At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience Proficient in English & Hindi, written and spoken. Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to resolve queries and handle stressful situations. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Compensation The compensation for this role depends on your prior experience in a similar role.
