Looking for an experienced AC Service Coordinator from the AC industry (service center or trade). Responsibilities include:
• Handling customer calls and queries
• Assigning work to mechanics and technicians
• Following up on AMC sales and service
• Collecting reports from technicians and ensuring timely completion
• Verifying work quality with customers
• Maintaining records in Excel
Requirements:
• Prior experience in AC service/installation
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Excel and computer operations
