Job Description

Customer Service Executive Supply Chain

This position is open exclusively to female candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and shipment status
Process customer orders accurately in ERP / order management systems
Coordinate with internal teams (planning, warehouse, logistics, transport) to ensure timely deliveries
Track order fulfillment and proactively communicate delays or issues to customers
Handle customer complaints related to shortages, damages, or delivery discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and service issues
Prepare basic reports on order status and service performance
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs)

Required Skills & Experience

Strong communication and coordination skills
Strong knowledge on Pharmaceutical industry supply chain operations.
Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, or order management processes
Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP system experience (SAP / Oracle / similar) preferred
1 to 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or supply chain operations

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
