Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at Volody's Goregaon location. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for interacting with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, managing customer service inquiries and issues, and overseeing customer service operations. Qualifications Interpersonal Skills and Customer Satisfaction Customer Support and Customer Service Management Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a team Experience in customer service roles Knowledge of contract management or legal processes is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
