We are hiring Customer Service Executives for international BPO processes based in Malad and Thane. The role involves managing customer queries through calls, chat, or emails while ensuring excellent service delivery in night rotational shifts.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, or email support.
Provide accurate information regarding products/services.
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues where required.
Maintain detailed customer interaction logs using CRM tools.
Meet key metrics such as CSAT, AHT, FCR, and Quality Score.
Adhere to communication guidelines and service standards.
Excellent spoken English mandatory.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
HSC / Graduate (any stream).
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Prior international BPO experience is an added advantage.
