Job Description

As an international customer support executive at Pune-Hinjewadi location, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers during night shifts. The role requires a minimum of 6 months experience in international chat/voice support, which should be documented on papers. You will have 2 rotational offs and will be provided with cabs on both sides along with meals. The hiring process includes a virtual interview consisting of 3 rounds. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist customers with their queries and provide solutions through chat or voice support. - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their concerns effectively and efficiently. - Adhere to the company's guidelines and policies while interacting with customers. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 6 months of experience in international chat or voice support. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Ability to work night shifts and weekends. - Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented approach.
