Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer complaints and concerns.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
