Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibility

Ensure achievement of disbursement targets for retail loan products with minimal delinquency.

Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms.

Achieve login and disbursement targets and ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products.

Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand and develop strong client relationships both internally and externally.

Provide training to staff members and vendors to understand market trends, competition, processes, and products, and provide feedback to the central product and policy team.

Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.

Job

Graduate in any discipline.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with banking and financial services industry is an advantage.

Experience in customer service or related field is desirable.
