Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Executive to join our team in Khargone, Radhavallabh Market. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience and a graduate degree in any discipline. Roles and Responsibility
Ensure achievement of disbursement targets for retail loan products with minimal delinquency.
Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms.
Achieve login and disbursement targets and ensure high customer satisfaction by proactively understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products.
Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand and develop strong client relationships both internally and externally.
Provide training to staff members and vendors to understand markets, competition, processes, and products, and provide feedback to the central product and policy team.
Ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.

Job
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Knowledge of banking and financial services is an added advantage.
Experience in customer service or sales is desirable.
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and vendors.
