Job Description

You will be responsible for project execution and daily coordination to ensure that customer orders are delivered within the committed timelines. This is an operational role where you may seek appropriate guidance and advice to ensure the delivery of quality outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include proactively monitoring project progress, resolving issues, and initiating appropriate corrective actions. You will also be responsible for creating reports and project documentation, analyzing databases, and conducting quantitative and qualitative research. Additionally, you will regularly participate in important projects or activities as a full contributing team member. As part of your role, you will respond to customer queries in a timely manner, update Project Management Workflow, and maintain the Project document repository. You will also be required to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely project delivery.,
