Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive for our Sales Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound communications with potential customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting inquiries into successful sales. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, confident, and committed to providing excellent customer service throughout the sales journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective customers through calls, emails, or chat to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Handle leads and follow up on inquiries to close sales effectively.
• Handle objections and provide accurate information to convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product knowledge to assist customers and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate.
• Document customer interactions and sales outcomes in CRM systems.
• Provide demo to potential users.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or a customer service role with sales responsibilities.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and goal-oriented approach.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Working Hours

day shifts – 9.45 AM to 6.45 PM
