Customer Service Executive

ob Overview: We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, empathetic support via phone, email, chat, or in person. You will be responsible for resolving inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining our company’s reputation for outstanding service. ______________ Key Responsibilities: •   Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, or chat in a professional and friendly manner •   Resolve product or service complaints by determining the cause of the issue, providing the best solution, and ensuring follow-up until resolution •   Maintain accurate customer records, conversations, returns data •   Track Installations and put installation requests in service partner portals •   Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, technical, etc.) to solve customer concerns efficiently •   Provide detailed product/service information and guidance to customers •   Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback •   Identify trends in customer complaints and suggest process improvements ______________ Key Skills and Qualifications: •   Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory) •   1–3 years of experience in a customer service or support role •   Strong verbal and written communication skills •   Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities •   Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently •   Proficient with MS Excel •   Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude •   Fluency in English and Hindi ______________ What We Offer: •   Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses •   A friendly and supportive work environment •   Opportunities to grow within a fast-paced and dynamic company
