Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Process Associate. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working night shifts and in a 24/7 work environment. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for solving customer queries through calls and emails to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include handling customer queries and issues via phone and email in a timely and professional manner. It is important to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions and collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues. You will also be required to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service, as well as continuously improve processes to enhance the customer experience. To excel in this role, you must be comfortable working night shifts and in a 24/7 work environment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, along with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial, as well as basic proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Non-Technical) in Arts, Commerce & Science or a related field, along with internship or project experience in a customer service or call center environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also advantageous.
