What does this role hold for you...??

• Inbound Support: Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats with

accuracy and empathy.

• Outbound Calls: Reach out to customers for follow-ups, feedback, and query resolution

(non-sales).

• Email & Chat Handling: Draft clear, professional, and grammatically correct responses

to customer queries.

• Social Media Support (if required): Respond to customer complaints and questions

on social platforms in a timely and professional manner.

• Issue Resolution: Provide quick and effective solutions to customer concerns,

escalating complex issues to relevant teams when needed.

• Data Management: Record all interactions accurately in CRM systems and ensure

timely updates.

• Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution and enhanced

customer experience.

Apply if you have...

• Experience: 1–3 years in customer service (voice, chat, email, or social media support).

Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Education: Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident tone.

Strong written communication skills with good email etiquette.

Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.

Prior experience in voice support, chat, email, or social media support

preferred.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Customer-centric attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
