Job Description

The Senior Executive Customer Service / Technical Support position involves interacting with customers through various channels such as inbound and outbound calls, Emails/Chats, or the Internet, based on client requirements. The primary responsibilities include providing customer service support and resolving routine issues related to the client's products or services. It is essential to ensure that the services delivered to customers meet contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Clarify customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions using decision-support tools. - Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor while addressing customer needs and concerns. - Build rapport with customers, maintain knowledge of client products/services, and accurately document work. - Offer additional products/services and refer customers to relevant resources when necessary. - Track and retrieve information in the call tracking database to ensure efficient service delivery.
