Salary- Upto 26k ctc

Location- Hazratganj, Gomtinagar

Any 12th pass-out with excellent English communication can apply.

What you'll do-

Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.
Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience

What we need-

Any 12th pass-out with excellent English communication can apply.
Must be fluent in

English.
Communication and thought process has to be good.
