Know and use external customer systems; Ariba, Tungsten, iSupplier
Familiar with customer agreements, contracts etc. to be able to ensure correct prices in ERP systems, know the detailed agreements with customers in relation to expedite requests
Use Excel to create detailed reports when needed - Cross functional cooperation when needed.
