Customer Care Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound / outbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.
Resolve queries and complaints within defined timelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to process guidelines. Collaborate with the team to achieve service goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service / BPO.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, listening & problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge and typing proficiency. Positive attitude & customer-first approach.
