iInternship Opportunity – Customer Support (Logistics)
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Interns to join our team in the Express Logistics industry. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in customer service, logistics operations, and problem-solving.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats.
• Assist in shipment tracking, delivery updates, and service-related support.
• Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to resolve issues.
• Support in preparing reports and analyzing customer feedback.
• Learn and practice customer advocacy by ensuring excellent service delivery.
Who can apply:
• Students / fresh graduates from any stream (preferably business, logistics, or commerce).
• Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset.
