iInternship Opportunity – Customer Support (Logistics) We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Interns to join our team in the Express Logistics industry. Role & Responsibilities: • Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats. • Assist in shipment tracking, delivery updates, and service-related support. • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to resolve issues. • Support in preparing reports and analyzing customer feedback. • Learn and practice customer advocacy by ensuring excellent service delivery.
