Job description - Operations Executive The Logistics executive is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization. Responsibilities Customer Support: o Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person. o Provide timely and accurate information about shipping, tracking, and delivery. o Escalate complex issues to the General Manager as needed. o Managing existing customer accounts and building new relationships. o Working with other departments like warehouse operations and transportation to streamline processes and resolve issues. o Coordination with internal department for the shipment execution process Executive Assistance: o Manage the General Manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and handle travel arrangements. o Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. o Support the General Manager with administrative tasks, such as managing expense reports and coordinating with other departments. Note down Minutes of Meeting . Skills and Qualifications: · Logistics Industry 3-4 Years experience · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. · Strong organizational and time management skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. · Experience in customer support roles. · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. · A positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Handle Port to Port,Air, CIS shipment independently. 2. Coordinate with Shipper, liner,airline, transporter,CHA, Surveyor for sea & air shipment custom process. 3. Place booking in shipping lines,VGM,Shipping Instructions, MBL, HBL. 4. Independently handle shipment from factory till final destination. 5. troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation. 6.Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
