We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver prompt, courteous, and professional support to customers across multiple channels (email, phone, chat, etc.).
* Resolve customer queries and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services to assist customers accurately.
* Process customer orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Document customer interactions, issues, resolutions, and feedback systematically.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed timely.
* Monitor and report customer service metrics and suggest process improvements.
* Supervise and guide junior support staff, if required.
* Strive to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Qualifications
* Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.
* 24 years of proven experience in a customer support or client service role.
* Comfortable with using computers and customer support tools.
Key Skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills (English fluency required).
* Ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.
* Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
* Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in handling CRM systems or helpdesk platforms is a plus.
