Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in pricing and logistics, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or CRM tools. Your primary focus will be on addressing customer queries related to pricing, shipments, and service support. Working closely with the pricing team, you will prepare and coordinate price quotations, tenders, and rate cards to meet customer requirements. In this role, you will also play a crucial part in assisting UAE-based clients by providing real-time updates, tracking orders, managing service status, and resolving any issues that may arise. Effective communication with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance is essential to ensure timely responses and accurate pricing for our customers. Maintaining pricing records, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and updating CRM/systems with the latest information will be part of your daily tasks. Following up on quotations and pricing offers to convert leads into sales and support account retention will be crucial for business growth. Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating unresolved issues when necessary will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will provide support to the sales team by managing backend documentation and preparing pricing reports. To excel in this position, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in logistics or a related field, with at least 15 years of customer service experience. A strong understanding of pricing processes in logistics, retail, or services is required. You should be able to work during UAE business hours and interact with UAE clients in a professional manner. Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and ERP systems such as SAP and Salesforce is essential. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude are qualities that will help you succeed in this role.
