Job Description Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer needs, determining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments. Provide information about products, services, and policies to customers. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Strive to achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs related to customer satisfaction, resolution time, and first contact resolution. Continuously improve knowledge of products/services and customer service skills Requirement -  Good communication skills - English and Hindi Experience in customer service - Chat, email and call (Blended) Should be willing to work 6 days/Week  Morning, Mid and evening shifts depending on requirements (Rotational shift and offs)
