IT Recruiter

Role: IT Recruiter Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms. Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates and assess their suitability for the role. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations. Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices. Required Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR concepts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and problem-solving.
