The candidates must be adaptable and should be open to learning the product and the industry. Job Role Contact Potential Home Buyers and understand their requirements, such as preferred budget range, neighborhood, amenities, etc. • Analyze and Gauge what a prospective customer wants and act accordingly • Filtering the genuine customers and filling their details in CRM. • Simultaneously passing on the information to the Sales team. • Following up with the Customer and Sales team so that it builds link b/w them. • Coordinate with the Team in daily activities Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about multiple projects and service Good knowledge about the locations in Bangalore is preferred Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed Ability to form and lead CSE Teams Handle grievances and follow up customer requirements Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Explain about the project or the brand to the customers.
