Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle international calls from clients across various time zones, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.
  • Process customer requests, concerns, and issues in a timely manner while maintaining high levels of accuracy and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues or escalate matters when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Meet performance targets for call handling, resolution rates, and first-call resolution.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-5 years of experience in an international call center environment or similar BPO industry role.
  • Proficiency in handling international outbound sales calls, customer support, and voice processing services.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
