* Identify potential clients and explain gold loan products.
* Collect and verify customer documents and financial information.
* Conduct field visits for customer verification (as needed)
* Assess creditworthiness using internal tools & guidelines.
* Maintain strong follow-up for loan disbursal and repayment collection.
* Ensure compliance with RBI and internal lending norms.
* Prepare maintain accurate loan documentation and MIS reports
* Preferably male Candidates
* Prior experience in NBFC/Banking/financial services is a plus
* Strong communication & interpersonal skills
