We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our e commerce team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service,preferably in the online retail industry. You will be responsible for handling customer queries,complaints, order tracking, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
