We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associate. As part of our customer support team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls to assist customers with queries, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls professionally and resolve their issues efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about products/services
  • Maintain records of customer interactions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and high service quality

Requirements:

  • Good verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Freshers are welcome! Training will be provided
  • Prior BPO/Customer Service experience is a plus
